Privacy Policy
Gambargo is built to keep as little of your data as possible off your own device. This page explains exactly what leaves it, and why.
Last updated: September 2026
What stays on your device
Every round you play, every session, your bankroll history, and your settings are stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB and local storage). We do not have a copy of this data. If you clear your browser storage or uninstall the app, it is gone — export it as CSV/Excel first if you want to keep it.
What we do collect
- Account data (Pro users): email address and a password hash, stored on our license server, so your Pro plan can follow you across devices.
- License/session tokens: a device-bound, short-lived token used to verify your Pro status — not your betting data.
- Anonymous usage events: a random device ID and event names (like "pricing page viewed") for measuring which parts of the funnel work — no email, no IP-derived location, no round-by-round data.
- AI session report inputs (Pro, opt-in): if you generate an AI report, a summary of your session (drawdown, cycle outcomes, stake distribution, expected value — aggregate numbers) is sent to our AI provider (Groq) to write the assessment. Your raw round-by-round history is never sent.
Third parties involved
- Our license server (account + entitlement data).
- An email delivery provider, for password reset and verification emails.
- Groq, only when you request an AI session report, and only with the summary described above.
- Telegram, if you contact us or purchase a plan through our sales bot — subject to Telegram's own privacy terms.
Your rights (GDPR and similar frameworks)
If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with comparable data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the account data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. Because your gameplay data lives on your own device, exporting or deleting it is already in your control — use the CSV/Excel export in Settings, or clear your browser data.
- To request deletion of your account and associated email/password data, contact us (see Contact page).
- We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Data retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Anonymous usage events are retained in aggregate form for product analytics and are not tied back to an individual once the device ID is not linkable to an account.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
